ABOUT

What still excites me today is the same thing that did when I started: creating stories that make people stop and look.

For the past eight years, I have been developing projects across music, advertising and film, working with artists, brands and creative teams to turn ideas into distinctive visual worlds.

​

I graduated from Marmara University’s Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Film Design, where I studied cinematography with Yusuf Aslanyürek and screenwriting with Melih Özyılmaz.

​

Throughout my career, I have worked as a director, cinematographer and producer across short films, commercial campaigns, music videos and digital projects.

 

Directing remains my main focus, while I also take an active role in creative development and production from the earliest stages of a project.

​

As the founder of FİLMTA, I have supported emerging filmmakers in developing and producing their work, while continuing to create new projects and lead creative teams through KafaKafaya House.

​

For me, great work is not only about how it looks. It is about bringing the right story, the right feeling and the right people together.

I see music videos not only as a space for performance, but as a creative playground for exploring new visual ideas and forms of storytelling. Directing one of Türkiye’s first K-pop music videos was a natural extension of that approach.
